Wow. This song used to make me picture a lady dancing outside while her bedsheets were drying on the clothesline. I also had no idea a man was singing. I now call him a fruit for sounding like a lady. I miss the 80’s
Perhaps this was a song in response to the tune 'We don't have to take our clothes off to have a good time'
This song said screw you, were bumping uglies amidst the covers of the night

The keyboards in this song are so bad - they sound like one of the preset tracks I had on my Casio
I miss my Casio, that was a fun toy
