C'mere by Interpol

It's way too late to be this locked inside ourselves
The trouble is that you're in love with someone else
It should be me. Oh, it should be me
Sacred parts, your get aways
You come along on summer days
Tenderly, tastefully

And so may, we make time
Try to find somebody else
This place is mine

You said today, you know exactly how I feel
I had my doubts little girl
I'm in love with something real
It could be me, that's changing!

And so may, we make time
To try and find somebody else
Who has a line

Now season with health
Two lovers walk a lakeside mile
Try pleasing with stealth, rodeo
See what stands long ending fast

Oh, how I love you
And in the evening, when we are sleeping
We are sleeping. Oh, we are sleeping

And so may, we make time
We try to find somebody else
Who has a line

Now season with health
Two lovers walk a lakeside mile
Try pleasing with stealth, rodeo
See what stands long ending fast

KNOW WHAT I'VE NOTICED? UNREQUITED LOVE IS A RECURING THEME IN POPULAR MUSIC.

Oh should it? Should it really? If that were true then it would be you. Stop arguing with reality and accept the way things are. Also stop playing wretched music. Garbage

Oh yeah, songs about heartache are a dime a dozen

~ And just like the Pencil-necked geeks, I'm looking for the guy supplying the dimes

For every broken heart there's gotta be at least 10 songs written about it

What I don't get is the lyric 'try pleasing with stealth, rodeo'?

Rodeo? What the hell is that? It's just a random word

Oh and 'to try to find somebody else who has a line'

A line to what? It pertains to nothing! A weak attempt to rhyme with 'time' is what that is

I'd have to say this lyricist is lazy, and probably a hipster

I did however, enjoy the furry costumes in the video

They reminded me of Snuffalupagus
