Ah The Ramones
Your basic 3 to 4 chord rock band
But they kept it simple because it worked for their sound
They had some memorable hits too

I went and saw these guys at Fiddlers Green with Katie Mangle during our senior year in high school
Debbie Harry and the Tom Tom Club were the other bands at the show
It was fun and they played a great set and the whole crowd knew the lyrics and were singing along

Wow! How awesome that you can say you actually saw the Ramones in concert. And if it was in the 80s it was when actual rock bands were allowed to play at Fiddlers Green and not have to end at 7:00 pm because of all the crybaby rich neighbors who hate rock and roll.
Okay. I read the lyrics and watched the video. And here is my first thought. This song and video are horrible. Horrible. But if you look at the time it was made it is less horrible but still not one of their best songs. As a kid the ramones were these amazing awesome punk rebels. Looking at the video I see now that they weee just stupid akward teenagers. Their songs were indeed three chord stupid teen garbage. But man they fit right into the times. They are perfect.
