I have heard this song before. Not sure when but I definitely recognize it. I googled it and found out it’s like 25 years old. Holy fuck. I never even heard of this band. Why does the video start off with a dude eating an apple from the garden of Eden? It starts off like there is gonna be a story but then it seems everyone got lazy and just decided to shoot a montage video that made no sense but then decided to go ahead and include the opening shot of the garden. Probably because the dude who made that prop apple with all the maggots had worked so hard on it they felt like it would be a shame to not include it in the final edit. Logic be dammed
Well... this band was huge in our collage age years so you could not have helped but to have heard it if you ever left your apartment. As for the dude and rotten apple who knows. The song is about she and the bass player breaking up so I imagine that's a little awkward. Having to play that song over and over in front of thousands.
