When That Great Ship Went Down by Woody Guthrie

It was sad when that great ship went down
Sad when that great ship went down
The cold ocean floor will now be your home
Sad when that great ship went down
It was sad when that great ship went down
Sad when that great ship went down
The cold ocean floor will now be your home
Sad when that great ship went down
It was sad when that great ship went down
Sad when that great ship went down
The cold ocean floor will now be your home
Sad when that great ship went down
It was sad when that great ship went down
Sad when that great ship went down
The cold
It was sad when that great ship went down
Sad when that great ship went down
The cold ocean floor will now be your home
It was sad when that great ship went down
It was sad when that great ship went down
Sad when that great ship went down
The cold ocean floor will now be your home
It was sad when that great ship went down

Well. This music reminds me of my life in Santa Fe. I used to love this music. Now it seems boring. As far as the lyrics go. I suppose it's natural for songs to be written after a big disaster like titanic happens. Inner it was sad for all those folk. They all thought they had so much control. That life was predictable. That things were permanent. Nope. They were schooled. Trump is here to stay. Even though his ship is sinking. He will figure out how to stay floating. And if he sinks he will take as many people with him as ever can. He will destroy the world.

This song reminds of O Brother Where Art Thou

The song is happy and sad at the same time

Oh the delightful charm of folk music back in the day

As far as ships are concerned - let's be honest, they're built to sink

It's only a matter of time

You know what sits at the bottom of the ocean and shakes uncontrollably?

A nervous wreck
