Heroes and Villans by The Beach Boys

I've been in this town so long that back in the city
I've been taken for lost and gone
And unknown for a long long time

Fell in love years ago
With an innocent girl
From the Spanish and Indian home
Home of the heroes and villains

Once at night Catillian squared the fight
And she was right in the rain of the bullets that eventually brought her down
But she's still dancing in the night
Unafraid of what a dude'll do in a town full of heroes and villains

Heroes and villains
Just see what you've done

Heroes and villains
Just see what you've done

Stand or fall I know there
Shall be peace in the valley
And it's all an affair
Of my life with the heroes and villains

My children were raised
You know they suddenly rise
They started slow long ago
Head to toe healthy weathy and wise

I've been in this town so long
So long to the city
I'm fit with the stuff
To ride in the rough
And sunny down snuff I'm alright
By the heroes and

Heroes and villains
Just see what you've done

Heroes and villains
Just see what you've done

TIME EATS ALL BRO... TIME EATS ALL...

I've always liked this song

The Beach Boys are hit or miss with me

A lot of their stuff sounds the same

But the good songs, are fargin great

Songs that I'll always sing along to in the car when they come on the radio

The Beach Boys are kinda like a ukulele

Even when they play sad or dark songs

-They still end up sounding pretty happy

-and as far as heroes and villains - they'll always be around

One can't exist without the other - and they're both too stubborn to quit

Yes, the Boys were a strange entity. Sometimes amazing sometimes just average. Pet Sounds is one of the best albums ever made. Their stuff sometimes has a dark edge or an edge of sadness as if doom were just behind the next wave. Perhaps Brian had a premonition that his daughter would be in a band called Wilson Phillips.

Perhaps Brian had a premonition that his daughter was completely talentless. No doubt, the Beach Boys were talented and Brian Wilson was the reason. But, his daughter had no reason at all to get into music. Maybe teach a music class for a small rural school, but certainly nothing past the 2nd grade for sure. I mean, fuck me, who calls their band "Wilson Phillips", and then has to explain where they got that retarded name. "Oh, it's my last name and her last name put together. We really thought long and hard on that one." No you didn't. Just like you didn't think long and hard before going into the music industry. Here's a band name that I thought longer on, "Get The Fuck Out While You Still Can."
