You'll Be Back by King George

You say
The price of my love's not a price that you're willing to pay
You cry
In your tea which you hurl in the sea when you see me go by
Why so sad?
Remember we made an arrangement when you went away
Now you're making me mad
Remember, despite our estrangement, I'm your man
You'll be back, soon you'll see
You'll remember you belong to me
You'll be back, time will tell
You'll remember that I served you well
Oceans rise, empires fall
We have seen each other through it all
And when push comes to shove
I will send a fully armed battalion to remind you of my love!

Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
Da da dat dat da ya da!
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
Da da dat dat da…

You say our love is draining and you can't go on
You'll be the one complaining when I am gone...
And no, don't change the subject
'Cause you're my favorite subject
My sweet, submissive subject
My loyal, royal subject
Forever and ever and ever and ever and ever…

You'll be back like before
I will fight the fight and win the war
For your love, for your praise
And I'll love you till my dying days
When you're gone, I'll go mad
So don't throw away this thing we had
'Cause when push comes to shove
I will kill your friends and family to remind you of my love

Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
Da da dat dat da ya da!
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
Da da dat—
Everybody!

Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da
Da da dat dat da ya da!
Da da da dat da dat da da da da ya da da da da
Dat dat da ya da!

HIS PEE WAS PURLE. NO JOKE. LOOK IT UP.

I used to love musicals. I thought expressing your emotions through music was the ultimate form of storytelling. I wanted to write the king of all musicals. Something like Hamilton I suppose. But I wouldn’t know cuz I’ve never seen Hamilton. And I never will. Cuz now I realize that musicals are silly. They are embarrassing to watch. How could I have ever liked them ?

I'm not a huge musical fan, but I do enjoy some of them

I remember when you guys were really into Les Miserables

and we all went to see it in Denver - that was fun

and I've been in a few musicals I've liked

Spamalot had some great songs, Evita had a few, Little Shop of Horrors too

And I saw Pippin in Denver a few years back and that was amazing

But I'm usually not in the know when it comes to the latest musicals

it took me a bit to get to Hamilton, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great it is

Rarely do I hear a musical on CD and then proclaim immediate viewing

But this one's a beaut'

This song in particular is a standout I do enjoy

It's so catchy but so evil

it's a malicious ear worm
