Why, did you know that underneath their clothing, the entire population of the world is walking around completely naked?

Is that disgusting?
And it's not just people, although, goodness knows, that's bad enough, but animals too.
Even cute little doggies and pussycats can't be trusted.
Underneath their fur, absolutely naked! And it's not just the quadripeds, neither.
Birds too.
Yeah! Beneath those fine feathers, birds wear nothing. Nothing at all!

Sam is one of the worst characters in the muppets. He is just square and lame. He represents the worst of humanity. Fitting that he is an American Eagle. He is also blue. Hmmmm I never made the connection but Sam is a “blue eagle”. That is sad cuz blue eagle is actually awesome.
Wow... You have actually managed to say something negative about the golden age of the Muppets. Astounding. If negativity were an Olympic event, you would be the gold medal winner by a long shot.
When I was a kid first getting into the Muppets, I wasn't a big fan of Sam
He struck me as the adult voice in a chorus of childlike Muppets
But as the years went on and his character revealed itself, I saw him for what he really was
He's a patriotic conservative who has no idea what's really going on
He'll say one thing only to realize he's way off base
In one instance, he was arguing that endangered species don't deserve protection
That the program is just a waste of time and money, only to retract his comments..
..realizing that he was on the endangered species list
I also remember his political program called "Everything Stinks"
Yeah, Sam is a buzzkill at times, but that's Sam's job
Plus he has a crush on Janice, which is just truly awesome
Dan is a breath of fresh air in the fart filled comment air.
