Now I had never heard this song before it appeared on the X-Files episode of the Simpsons
They all sing it with Mr Burns, Leonard Nimoy and Chewbacca at the end of the episode
Back when the Simpsons was still great
I did research and found out it was a real song and what a doozy
Definitely a product of the times it was released
But this song always brings a smile to my face as I picture a drugged up, glowing Mr Burns
Wow. What an awesome song. Yes I agree that this wouid be a good one to wake up to everyday if you are a kid. Hippies are all old now. Or dead. But mostly just old. Sad
