turned this one on last night and me and sarah watched it. man. it is so rad. it's just so damn awesome. sarah was so sad for charlie brown. she doesn't understand why everyone hates him so much. I suppose i never questioned it. they just do. sad. cuz he isn't mean or lame. i also thought it would be rad if i ever got my license in psycho therapy to just set up a booth outside and charge people five cents to sit on a stool and tell me their problems.
This brings back a lot of childhood memories
We watched these shows annually for years

Poor Charlie Brown
There's a theory that all the Peanuts characters are actually patients in a mental hospital
Charlie Brown is a war veteran, with major trauma and he's in this mental hospital
His mind is so jumbled that he's in a childlike state and he imagines
~that all the other patients in the hospital are kids in his world
Lucy really has antisocial disorder, Linus is delusional, Schroeder has autism and so on
Every kid is actually a patient in Charlie's hospital
The reason you can't understand the adults (hospital staff) is because he doesn't want to acknowledge their existence
Even if this is true, they sure can celebrate the Dickens out of their holidays
