Oy by the Gipsy Kings

Ahoraahora
Mira esta gitana
Mira como baila
Mira que tiene gracia
La carmena maya
De su forma de vivir
De su pronto de sentir
Mira la gitana
La carmena maya
Mira la gitana

Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita

Di me ya si me quieres
O si no me despiertao
Di me si o tu me quieres
Que yo voy a decir lo

Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Oy venga qui venga ya tu bonita
Ay juganet of my life
Ay juganet the one of my corp
To the gypsy of my life
To the gypsy of my love
Oh capita that you expect your girl
That you had a great allegiance
May I imagine her very beautiful
You'll say your name to me.

  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty

  Now now
  Look at this gypsy
  Watch how you dance
  Look what's funny
  The Mayan Carmine
  From the way you live
  Your soon to feel
  Look at the gypsy
  The Mayan Carmine
  Look at the gypsy

  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty

Tell me now if you love me
Or if I do not wake up
Tell me if or do you love me
That I am going to say it

  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty
  Oh come and your pretty

The Gipsy Kings remind me of a very specific time and place. Summer, 1995, Santa Fe

Ok, well after a first listen - they do seem like a lively bunch

If you were to create a soundtrack for the moped race we took part in on our way to Durango

This would definitely be a prominent tune on said soundtrack

My Little Buttercup would also be on that soundtrack

This all leads me to thinking about how i just found out Dave Gebhardt recently got married again

Whoa - am I the last person to know this went down...yeah probably so

Fun song - fun race

Spanish is a silly "language".

He got married and had a kid. Nobody knew. Sad.
