Right Here Right Now by Jesus Jones

A woman on the radio talks about revolution
When it's already passed her by
Bob Dylan didn't have this to sing about you
You know it feels good to be alive
I was alive and I waited, waited
I was alive and I waited for this
Right here, right now, there is no other place I wanna be
Right here, right now, watching the world wake up from history
I saw the decade in, when it seemed
The world could change at the blink of an eye
And if anything then there's your sign
Of the times
I was alive and I waited, waited
I was alive and I waited for this
Right here, right now
I was alive and I waited, waited
I was alive and I waited for this
Right here, right now, there is no other place I wanna be
Right here, right now, watching the world wake up from history
Right here, right now, there is no other place I wanna be
Right here, right now, watching the world wake up from history
Right here, right now, there is no other place I wanna be
Right here, right now, watching the world wake up

Well. I approve of this chorus. You damn well better be appreciating the present moment because there ain't anything else to ever experience. Who the hell is jesus jones? And where the hell did you find this song?

They were a british band in the early 90s and were actually pretty cool.

It is important to live in the moment. What I love though is how, no matter when you live, people always say "oh the world is so messed up. Its the last days! Jesus is coming!" Know what? If jesus didnt come when 200 million people were gettin killed during WWII he aint comin any time soon. In fact, despite what you hear on the news, hunanity is going through the least bloody period in human recorded history.
